4 bed property in queens close attleborough

Good afternoon all,
I have a 4 bed property and I'm considering renting rooms out so I've decided to make this add an see how much interest I get.
Property will be fully furnished, two double rooms with en-suits and two double rooms without.
As for pets im okay with quiet pets that are kept in confined areas such as fish, hamsters etc...
It's in a central location of town - just behind queens square. I do have a garage that could be available and 1 other parking space. There is parking in town that's free of charge.
I'm very easy going as long as the place gets treated with a little respect, I understand accidents do happen time to time.
I will send a cleaner round twice a week to clean communal areas.
As for couples, I'm okay with that but there would have to be £100 increase Pcm... And you'd have to be respectful of the other potential housemates!
