We live in a large modern house in village location approx 10 mins from the market towns of East Dereham & Swaffham. We offer a furnished double bedroom with a wardrobe, night tables and single bed with a 19" LCD TV. The lodger would have primary use of the bathroom as we have our own en suite. There is also tea/coffee making facilities. Off road parking on private driveway, large garden and broadband. Use of the kitchen is provided. ALL UTILITY BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
We have two dogs and one cat. We enjoy walking, reading and baking. We are non-smoking, friendly and respect privacy. The housemate must be a non-smoker, clean and considerate.
