There are 2 rooms available for rent in a great part of Three Score, close to the local shops and medical centre. The Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and the UEA are very close and there is a local bus service into the city centre. I am a easy going, smiley UEA Masters student. I am looking for individuals only to rent out the rooms (no couples). This house would be ideal for students or young professionals. Looking for responsible and mature lodgers.

The spacious double room includes a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair.

The single room has a bed, bedside table, wardrobe with draws, a desk and under the bed storage.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower and bath used solely between the tenants. The tenants will also have access to the living room and dining room which also has french doors leading to a lovely back garden.

There is a garage which can be used to store bicycles and space is available to park near the house.

Included in rent will be utility bills (gas, water, electricity), wifi internet, TV license and council tax.
