Flat share, Furnished double room

Good size furnished double room in a modern/spacious two bedroom flat in Old Catton, bills are included ( with the exception of landline phone and pay per view tv). Within the flat there is use of a washing machine, unlimited broadband and sky tv package including sports and movies. The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The flat is close to local shops/supermarket and on bus routes 13/21/21a/22 which provide links to Norwich, UEA, and N&N hospital. I am an easy going person and enjoy a healthy social life so am out quite a bit. I do work shifts so would like to share with someone that is considerate when I'm on nights. The flat is clean and tidy and there would be an expectancy that someone moving in would respect that and help to keep it clean and tidy.
