Bright Sunny Room available!

I am a relaxed easy going 26 year old office manager offering a gorgeous bright sunny room in the village of Coltishall.

I'm looking to share with anyone chilled out who wants to live in a lovely house and occasionally brave my food..!

There is a regular bus service, shop, four pubs, four takeaways and two butchers with an easy 20 minute commute to Norwich or to Bacton Gas site or a 3 minute drive to the train-station on the doorstep. There is also a cafe that does pretty good cake!

The room has a 3ft bed with a sprung mattress, wardrobe, television, a chest of drawers and plenty of space for other storage. There is a separate working area in the dining room/ office for your own use and the whole house is shared. Kitchen, dining room, breakfast room living room, utility room and bathroom with a bath and power shower.

There is wi-fi and a washing machine and every conceivable pot pan and plate in the kitchen for use!

I am clean, tidy and the house is large enough for no-one to encroach on anyone elses space unless you fancy sharing a glass of wine in front of the fire!

My other housemate is an engineer who is here during the week. Be aware there is a cat called Morris who rules the roost so no other pets are allowed.
