Room avaliable to move in from 1st August, but willing to be flexible. The room is a large single, furnished with a single bed with two draws underneath, a cloths handing rail, one wall of the room is full height bookcases which make excellent storage for clothes, books, DVD's and well anything else you'd like really :). There is a big chest of drawers and possible space if you wanted to get a small computer desk. The two bedroom flat has private access with an area for shoes and coats with stairs leading to an open plan kitchen with full use of all white goods ( fridge, freezer, washing machine / tumble dryer, cooker, microwave) the living room with 42inch TV with now TV, a 3 seater sofa and recliner chair, a side board, best of tables and display cabinet. The bathroom has a shower over the bath & all normal bathroom facilities. There is an off road car park space around the back. I'm a single female and I work full time mon -fri. I'm friendly, easy to get on with, honest and trustworthy. I'm social while still enjoying some time alone too. I don't mind cleaning so I wouldn't really expect you to do any chores other than to keep general tidiness. I do have a house cat, very friendly (a bit like a dog, comes when called and everything). Bills included in price. We're 6 miles from Norwich city centre about 20 mins by car and closer to n UEA and hospital, about 15mins by car, there is a bus stop about one minute from the flat with regular buses. Its also close to a park n ride. I drive into norwich as have a city centre parking space so happy to lift share. There is a Sainsbury's just 2 minutes away along with a great pub and a few other shops including Argos, range and next store. Easy access to A47.
