We are a friendly mature couple who enjoy the 'quiet life' and now looking to rent out a fully furnished spare double room in our house. The room has been recently decorated and has a double bed with 2nr bedside cabinets, 2nr built in wardrobes, bookcase / shelves and wall mounted television with free view and separate DVD player.

As our tenant you would have sole use of the main bathroom in the house which has both bath and shower.

The house is located in the village of Old Costessey and has ample off road parking. Public transport, local shops and public houses are a short walk away. The UEA and NNUH are both merely a 10 minute drive.

The living room includes comfortable sofa's and large TV with sky HD. French doors open onto the patio area and a very sunny garden. A real sun trap in the summer.

The kitchen has all the utensils you would require for cooking, a dishwasher, range oven and an integral fridge for your exclusive use. A freezer is also available if required (located in the garage). Laundry facilities are also available,

There is a separate dining room to the rear of the property which also opens onto the patio and garden.

We are looking for a professional person, either male or female to share our home. We should also say that we have a well socialised dog who is an absolute delight to know so a dog lover would be a bonus.

Smoker are welcome, however, we are afraid that we do not allow smoking in the house.

The rent of £400. 00 per calendar month is inclusive of all the usual bills and also includes access to fibre optic broadband.
