Lovely double available in Cringleford

I have 2 lovely rooms to let in a spacious 4 bed house in Cringleford.

The rooms include a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and built in wardrobe, along with other small bits and pieces (shelving etc). There is also a TV point.

The house is 3 story's both rooms are on the top floor, the ground floor is combined kitchen/living room with tv (freeview) and fully equiped kitchen.

There is parking around the back of the house, and a garage as well that I currently use for storing clutter (and bikes).

The property is located on the A47/A11 interchange (NR4) on a local bus-route that takes you directly into town (every 15mins or so) and is fairly close to UEA and the hospital.

The en-suite room is £450pcm and the normal room is £400pcm including all bills;

Gas & electric
Council tax
Internet (bt broadband which has been very reliable)
water
etc.

6 month minimum contract, then rolling monthly with 1 months notice from either of us. 1 months rent as deposit held in secure payment account as required for landlords.

A little about me. I'm 29, work in Gt Yarmouth as an engineer. I'm fairly active, I do a lot of sport (train 10 times a week in peak periods) and generally like to keep busy, not that I don't enjoy quiet nights in, or the odd night out etc. I like to think I'm fairly chilled out and don't let too much bother me.

My ideal housemates would be recent graduates/PHD students/young professionals who are chilled out, and fairly quiet.

I'm constantly trying to improve the house and I'm always on the lookout for bits and pieces so the house as a whole I hope will generally improve as time goes on.
