Double furnished bedroom to rent in a 3-bedroom house. Bedroom offers space in a double built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a large mirror. TV provided in the bedroom and unlimited broadband usage. The bedroom is light and airy and is not overlooked by neighbouring properties. Bed linen and towels can be provided and laundered for a small additional fee.

I live alone and am happy to share my accommodation with a suitable lodger.

Use of kitchen (all cooking saucepans, tins etc, together with crockery and cutlery). Washing machine, range oven, fridge freezer and microwave available to use.

My living room is spacious with a dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and armchairs and TV with sky.

There are 2 toilets and a shared bathroom.

I have a small garden with patio doors leading to a decking area with table and chairs.

Off road parking is available

My home is very clean and tidy and I do not smoke or have any pets. Unfortunately I would not be offering my home to anyone with pets and smoking would be outside only.

Drayton is a lovely quiet village 5 miles from Norwich City Centre. I live in a friendly neighbourhood and my house is a 2-minute walk from a bakery, butchers, 2 pubs, garage, bank, doctors, chemist, newsagent, florist, social club and bus stops (which provide a regular bus service into Norwich). There is also a supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

My home may be preferable to a professional who likes somewhere quiet and relaxed to unwind at the end of a busy working day.

Rent includes all bills.
