This room has its own access through French double doors and has access to an attractive garden with sitting area. The garden is beautiful in the summer.

This is on the local bus route that runs to the UEA and runs through most of the night. There is a local shop and Eaton park is within 100 yards.

Bathroom has a shower and a bath. The kitchen also have a washing machine available to use. Both have been recently been decorated.

I am a single professional lady in early 30s.

There is on street parking which does require a permit for Monday to Friday 10-4.
