I am looking for a mature working person to share my house and garden with myself a mature lodger and my dog. The bedroom is a double and the bathroom is shared between two rooms. There is a garden and patio, and parking is available.
The house is a large detached 4 bedroomed house situated in Earles Gardens, off Earlam road. It is in a small estate of 40 houses about 6 years old. It is very quiet and peaceful and yet close to main roads and bus routes.
I have wifi, a weekly cleaner and a gardener.
