Furnished double bedroom, with adjacent bathroom, in modern, friendly house.

My house is a modern mid-terrace (built in 2006) with lounge and kitchen/diner downstairs and three large double-bedrooms upstairs.

Your room is furnished (including double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers, table/desk and chair) with built-in mirrored double wardrobe (but if you do not need/want all of the furniture I can remove some. Whilst it is not ensuite you will have the adjacent bathroom for your sole use – it has a bath with power shower over, basin and toilet).

You will share my house with me (the owner) and have use of the lounge and kitchen, including use of the fridge, freezer and washing machine. Bed linen and towels can be supplied.

The location is quiet but the A47 Southern Bypass (west of city) can be reached within a few minutes. It is ideally suited for Easton College, the Royal Norfolk Showground, Longwater Retail Park, University (UEA) and Norfolk & Norwich Hospital (NNUH), and central, west and south of Norwich City is within easy driving distance.

Off-street parking available.

If you do not drive, the city is approximately 20 minutes on the bus, which goes from just up the road (and the Costessey Park and Ride is not too far away to walk or bike and goes to the NNUH and UEA).

I am a clean and tidy person and like things to be kept that way (i. e. not leaving the washing up to pile up!).

All bills included (e. g. water, gas, electricity, wifi broadband) but telephone calls are not included.

If you are looking for somewhere to call home rather than just a room then this is definitely worth considering.
