My husband and myself live in a very large detatched electric gated property with very large landscaped garden. The village of Great Plumstead is very quiet with no street lights. We are situated 0. 5 miles from the Southern bypass making us very conveniently situated for using A47/A11. We have 2 large dogs which are friendly and do not go anywhere near the room to let, however you will no doubt encounter them in the garden. The room to rent has its own private entrance with lobby area containing mini fridge, microwave, mini oven, toaster and kettle. Use of bosch washing machine and miele tumble drier can be used as agreed with us. The luxury ensuite has a walk in shower and underfloor heating. The water is softened by a water softener. The bedroom is well furnished with good quality modern furniture and has a double bed. Wall mounted flat screen t. v. and freeview box are provided. Person must be trustworthy, honest, and considerate to apply. We are both very easy going, social people and have been married for 37 years!!!! NB. the deposit money also includes key fob for electric gates. This let would be ideal for somebody working almost walking distance away from Broadland Buisness Park.
