Double room for rent close to town centre

This Flat is in town centre, 10 min walk from Bus & Train station. There Is street parking and the flats are secure behind metal gate with intercom to accesses. I already let one room in flat to female professional mon- fri She has been resident here for 6 months and rents the single room.
The double room is ideal for a place to sleep while you are in the area to work. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside cabinet, televisions with digital tv about 90 channels and a desk can be provided if needed.
The Bathroom is shared, there is no bath but a huge shower. You then treat the rest of the home as your own. Kitchen to be used and lounge to relax.
There are two house cats both extremely friendly and playful. There is sky movies and box sets available and wifi.
This is a home NOT a shared flat. The current occupier of the double room has been here 2.5 years but is moving in with her boyfriend mid May.
The room is available from mid May( date to be confirmed)
