Lovely quiet, private area, lots of off road parking, an empty garage and nice enclosed garden. Bus stop nearby, co op shop 5 mins walk away, docs, post office, city 8 mins drive. I live here most of the time having left my office job. Must like dogs as i have a lovely little black labrador aged 12 who loves affection and has a lovely temperament, (oh, and walks if youre up to it) so must like dogs.
All bills are included apart from telephone. Use of all facilities in the house. Internet access.
Please note i am renting both rooms together so plenty of storage which is £90 per week in total just in case you are confused.
