Double room for rent in lovely new house

I'm looking for a housemate in my lovely house.
The house is in the Hampdens in the new build area of Costessey.
Close to the hospital and the city centre with a massive Sainsburys and other amenities on the door step.

You would have the second bedroom in the house which is of a large size. The room comes with a double bed, two small bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
You would also have sole use of the main bathroom (apart from the odd bath I may have!) as I have an en-suite.

Rest of house is fully furnished and finished to an immaculate degree.
There is also a third small box room which I have not used for anything - if you wanted to turn it into a study or anything in particular this could be discussed.

I'm a fun and friendly landlord but very respectful of people too.
I am looking for a clean and tidy tenant who can respect the house as their own.
