I have a large double room available to rent in my house in Costessey. It is a new build house in The Hampdens.
Big downstairs living/diner fully furnished. Spacious kitchen and downstairs toilet. There is designated parking outside and a shed in the garden.
You would have your own double room and use of the main bathroom (bath and shower) - I have an ensuite so wouldn't need to use that bathroom.
Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished (I know some people like their own bed)
I am a friendly and tidy housemate who likes to chill in the evenings when I am not at work.
