The closest housing development to the Norwich Research Park and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, near to UEA and a 15 minute drive or 30 minute bus ride from the city centre. The house has been newly decorated throughout and comes fully equipped and furnished.

The double en-suite bedroom has a double bed and mattress, a double fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, bedside unit, and TV aerial point. The modern en-suite bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The room is available from 2nd February and rents for £460 per month all inclusive.

The large kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher, washer/dryer, range cooker, microwave, two freezers and two fridges. The kitchen includes small electrical appliances (kettle, toaster, etc) and everything needed for cooking (saucepans, knives, bowls, etc) and dining (crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc).

The living room has a TV and Digibox, leather sofas, coffee table with wooden floors. There is also a laundry drying room.
