Utility bills(gas, electric, water) are divided equally between tenants. Students do not have to pay council tax. Bills approx £30-£35 per month in total per tenant. double glazing, efficient modern boiler, full insulation makes house cheap to run.

Council tax is £25 per month, but is not payable if you are fulltime student.
