Small room available in two bed terrace house

I have have a room available in a standard two bed terrace house. Its close to the Belle Vue and the Alexandra Tavern and a really good chippy on Stafford Street.

I work office hours so would prefer someone who will be quiet during the week but it's a relaxed and laid back household.

I have a lively young Jack Russell who will be completely in your face so only apply if you are happy to live with a dog!

There is no TV point in the room so we share control of the remote. I have virgin plus, the basic package.

The room is small but has a double bed and a wardrobe.

I've specified males because they tend to have less stuff and its a small room.

Someone good at dealing with spiders would be handy!
