While technically unfurnished, there is a bed available which can be used by the new housemate

The house has two parking spaces. One in the garage and one in the drive way. One space comes with this room.

The house is in a nice area, five minutes walk from the city centre and all the amenities the Golden Triangle has to offer. The room is situated in a modern town house.

ALL bills are included in the monthly rental payments including broadband, council tax, heating, and water.

We have Superfast broadband installed should you need to work from home or need faster download speeds for films, gaming etc.

A house of friendly professionals are hoping to welcome a new housemate to the house.

The property has a garden, a dishwasher, WiFi and a washer-dryer are available to use. The shared areas of the house are furnished but the bedroom will be empty and clean ready for you to move in.

Viewings will be held by the tenants so you can meet the other housemates to see who you will be living with.
