Family home close to UEA, Hospital and Airport

Looking for somewhere to call home in Norwich??

We live in a lovely detached house with an enclosed secure garden and plenty of off road parking.

Firstly we have a 9 month old girl and a 12 year old boy

If you are still reading this you are either;
1) family orientated, or
2) desperate

Our daughter usually goes to sleep around 7pm and wakes around 7am....i hope im not jinxing her sleep pattern but writing that!

UEA is about 5-10 minutes by bike, 20 mins on foot.
The hospital 10-15 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car
The airport 10-15 minutes by car.

Buses to the city can be caught from Dereham road which is 5 minute walk away, Aldi and other shops are found here. There is also a bus stop on Earlham Green Lane 5 minute walk away.

The double room has a double bed, wardrobe, tv, desk, chair and chest of drawers. Bedding is provided if needed. All bills included.

There is wifi, a washing machine, drier, large fridge, large freezer, large living room, room with darts board...Martin would be happy for a darts player to move in, ha.
The back garden has 2 washing lines, secluded decked area, a patio and bbq area.
There is a shed to store bikes and plenty of secure off road parking.

Since our Great Dane died we have now adopted 2 rescue rabbits who live in outside for the majority of the year running around the front garden and inside during winter months in the dart room
