Hi everyone. I am looking to fill the 4th room, as we are losing one of the current tenants on/by the 10th April

The property is extremely close to town, being a few minutes from the Chapelfield shopping centre, and has excellent walking/cycling/bus transport opportunities whilst maintaining plenty of peace and quiet. Access to all sorts of areas are very simple - for instance UEA and the Hospital are within easy reach also by bike/cycle/car.

NO PARKING will be available I am afraid, so it may suit those without cars - but personal parking bays can be rented from the council very easily locally for approximately 45 pcm, something I can help you arrange easily and quickly.

Hoping to find a 4th who can help to maintain a friendly, relaxed and hassle free environment for working young professionals (and perhaps postgraduate students). Current housemates are in their late twenties and one early thirties and all very friendly.

Prices are inclusive of all bills (council tax, wireless internet, gas/elec/water), as well as the cost of a short cleaning service for the shared areas once every week (lounge, kitchen, hallways, bathrooms).

The lounge has good quality oak furniture throughout.

There is a small low maintenance pleasant garden , with a shed where a few Bikes can be stored securely. A washer/tumble dryer is housed in a small shed outside.

The room comes with a built in wardrobe, matching chunky chest of drawers, bedside table + bed, wall mounted full mirror and rooms are lockable. Beds come with a memory foam topper if you wish to use it.

Residents share a total of two fridges and two freezers, and a combined washer tumble dryer which is housed in a purpose built shed outside. There is a small low maintenance garden, with a shed where a few Bikes can be stored securely.
