I am a professional looking for two new housemates, as the existing housemates are moving away! The house is small but welcoming- no TV I'm afraid but we have a good radio!
The house is about 30-40 min walk from UEA and a 15 min walk to the City centre. We have a nice garden at the back, and a small one out the front. We are also 10 seconds from the Fat Cat pub which is a big plus.
The house has always been very friendly and we like socialise but also have independent lives. We have often had dinner, drinks and 'family' outings so I am looking for two new people.
Bills are around £80 a month, including council tax. If you are exempt from council tax we can talk about paying less.
