Cosy Double room in owners detached house located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. About 1. 5 miles from city centre, 3. 5 miles to UEA, 2 miles to Norwich Station. On regular bus route into Norwich.

Our House has Virgin media M200 Broadband/wifi, Tivo, internet TV. You would have use of large shared kitchen/diner, fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, microwave, breadmaker, coffee machine etc, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet, large living room and garden. The bedroom has a large cupboard with drawers, a comfortable double bed, desk with chair and shelving. All bills are included - electricity, gas, TV licence, council tax, Broadband, cleaner for shared areas (extra if you want your room cleaned).

We are a professional couple, with grown up children who have both left home, but come to stay occasionally. We have a very friendly dog - Snoopy. We are an open minded, relaxed, sociable couple who like to keep our house clean and tidy. We have a cleaner who visits once a week. When we are at home, we enjoy cooking, listening to 6music, watching TV and reading.

We are looking for a honest, relaxed, easy going person to share our home, who likes dogs and is clean and tidy. We welcome people of all nationalities, gender identity and sexuality. You would need to be a student or employed. We both work full time and leave for work early, so the bathroom is generally free in the mornings. We have a large beautiful garden with patio and seating for dining outside. There is parking outside the house and we have a garage if you need somewhere to store a bicycle or motorbike.
