The room is a large double room situated on the top floor of a 10 year old 4 bedroom townhouse in the City Centre/edge of the golden triangle.

The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, drawers, and wardrobe.. There is also a desk and chair available. The 3 other occupants are 22-32 year olds. The room has just been freshly painted, carpet cleaned and bathroom painted - so essentially it's a brand new room!

We're looking for an non smoking person who'd be willing to socialise with us, we go out a bit together as we've been living together a while. We keep the house clean but homely and would be looking for someone who would do the same.

The house has; washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and gas central heating and hotwater and TV!

We have a decent sized kitchen, a lounge with leather sofas and eating area, downstairs loo and and bathroom on the top floor. We also have a garden.

The house is great and we literally are 5 mins walk from the city, and still inside the golden triangle.

The room is £475 but that includes all the bills.

Couples will have a higher bill contribution and a small mark up on the rent.
