Close to UEA and N&N hospital. Easy access to A47 & A11.

Must be clean, tidy and courteous of other housemates ~ Will be treated in the same manner

The available room has a built in wardrobe. It comes with a bed and clothes storage. The occupier is the sole user of the house bathroom as Chris and I have an ensuite.

I use the 3rd bedroom to run my business - housemate must be aware and courteous of this. (it's an easy ask)
