Looking for a friendly, sociable person to share with!
Bright double bedroom available in a beautiful terrace house. 20 minute walk from the city and close to some nice local pubs. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and storage unit. The rest of the house is fully furnished and includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with shower), 2 double rooms and a good sized private garden! Virgin is available in the lounge and wireless fast speed internet throughout the house. On road parking is readily available outside the house, with no permit required. The rent is £330 per month (excluding bills).

I am a 29 year old professional looking for a similar minded friendly and social housemate who will keep the house clean and tidy and hopefully be up for the odd drink at the local pub!
