My name is Andy, my current house mate is moving on so i'm looking for someone to take his place.

The house is a two up-two down terrace off Unthank Road. It's about a 20 minute walk in to the city and a convenient location for local shops and pubs etc.

The available bedroom overlooks the garden and therefore benefits from an additional small room on the back which can be used as an office or for additional storage space. The house it's self has a walk in living/dining room, and the kitchen and downstairs bathroom beyond that. The garden is nice and big so is good in the summer months for relaxing and having bbq's.

The bedrooms and living room have original floor boards, and the floor in the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The kitchen is fairly modern and has a washing machine, fridge and all other amenities you would expect (other than a dishwasher!),the shower is of good power/quality.

I'm a professional and work in the city. It's fair to say i'm pretty easy going and relaxed in nature. At weekends I often go out with friends; I'm pretty active so play football, squash and climb every week, and i’m a fair weather cyclist. I’m also in to my music and like getting to gigs as often as possible.

I'm from Norwich so have my own circle of friends, but I'm looking for a house mate who will be sociable and up for hanging out now and again. I like to cook and enjoy a glass of wine or beer with dinner, so would be nice to find someone similar.

-Rent is £625 pcm, split equally. Bills are on top of this, so roughly £445 will be the total monthly cost.
-Security deposit is £625, split equally.
-On street parking, no permits necessary.
-The bedroom is unfurnished
-The house is rented through a private agency and therefore we will be entering into the contract together, as opposed to each renting a room separately. They will need references and will do a credit check
-Available from 9 May 2014 onwards, minimum term is 6 months.
