Double Room in Terraced House

Hiya!

I currently live in a 2 bedroom terrace house, which includes, living room, kitchen, and separate dining room! We have a garden at the back with a shed for storage!

Although the house will have a lot of furnishings, the bedroom will be unfurnished!

I am female, 24 years old, friendly and bubbly and would suit a housemate who is laid back and willing to share the house with me! My current housemates tenancy expires on 6th June, however, I am sure you could move in sooner if needed!

I am looking for someone who is in full time employment! The landlord does not accept pets!

The rent itself is £535 per month, therefore £267. 50 each! We will pay half and half for all bills, council tax, water, gas, electric and broadband etc. Which totals to about £400 a month, approx.

The house is lovely and the room comes with a built on cupboard and wardrobe! There is on street parking which isn't in a permit area and we are walking distance to the city centre!
