Furnished double room to rent in a two bedroom terraced house, within 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The house is bright and spacious with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and newly refurbished modern bathroom. There is also a sunny back garden and parking on the road.
The rent is £400 per month, which includes all bills.
We are both in our twenties and both work full-time. At the weekends we enjoy going to the pub with friends, out for dinner or to the cinema.
We also have two cats who are very loving and playful.
We are looking for an easy-going, female twenty-something housemate who is sociable and friendly.
