Double room in friendly house 5 mins from city/uni

I have an end of terrace Victorian semi there are wooden floors throughout. The room available is a double, furnished with wardrobe and chest if drawers next to a large bathroom with bath and shower. This is a carpeted room.

Use of walled garden, BBQ, and dining room with sofa and kitchen and perhaps lounge once we get to know each other!! Room for a bike to be stored securely, visitor car parking permit available for £5pm extra.

Virgin broadband and {landline for use in the evening}sadly there's no tv in bedroom but broadband will pick up tv on a laptop.

Clean and tidy house, 1 happy collie dog and 1 old cat, no children.
Looking for a professional person, easy going with good fun sense of humour, clean and able to tidy up after themselves and appreciate my home and space and vice versa.

I live a relaxed life, I work at home and away and want someone who doesn't come with any problems or dramas.

Non smoker.

ideally looking for someone 3 nights a week or less, can negotiate on this. The rent of £350 includes bills and covers 5 nights, happy to negotiate on 2 or 3 nights a week. Doesn't cover your food.

Please note this is Monday to Friday room and does not include weekends, Must have left the house on a Friday before 6pm and then happy to have someone come back after 7pm on a Sunday evening as I have family visit often at weekends.

Earlham Rd and bus stop at the top of the road {25a to the UEA} 30 seconds away, Dereham Road at the bottom, great tapas bar and pub around the corner, 5 mins to supermarket, 10 min walk into the city. Paper shop, Dentist and Dr on the doorstep and fabulous Plantation Garden 2 minutes walk away. Safe and very friendly area.
