Would suit mature student here in the week, or a professional looking for a comfortable base.
Use of own new walk in shower (downstairs). Free wifi, washing machine etc... can also provide some basic breakfast stuff for you .
My house is comfortable, with all mod cons but is an older style terrace house not a modern town house it's not perfect! Wifi and cable TV., Dishwasher, washing machine for your use.
I spend most of the week at my boyfriend's so you'd pretty much have the place to yourself.
I have two very affectionate Siamese cats, so please don't apply unless you really like cats
Location is great, easy access to the UEA, Hospital and John Innes Centre
Near the Unthank Road and Earlham Road for local food shops including great organic greengrocer
Station is 10 minutes away by car or bus
