Single Room in large house, Golden Triangle

We have a room for rent in a beautiful, large house in the heart of the golden triangle, off Unthank road and only 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre and close to the UEA too.

The house is great, recently redecorated, plenty of communal space with an attic space, nice sized kitchen, office, large living room and an additional downstairs living space.

The room is a single but not a box room, would be space for a double bed i think. Sharing with two guys, early 30s, both professionals, easy going. It's a really nice place and we keep it that way so definitely looking for someone clean and tidy who is going to respect that too.

Bills are around an additional £120-30 per month with council tax, water, gas, fibre optic broadband etc..

I've travelled a lot, living abroad in Asia and Latin America, i speak some Spanish and Mandarin and currently work at the UEA. Love cinema, music, travel, sports, looking for someone laid-back hopefully with some shared interests, male or female
