City life just 10 mins walk away from house share.

Hello I'm Gavin (the owner/landlord) and I have two adjourning rooms in a house share to offer.
The house is located just north of city centre. It is just a 10 minutes walk from the shops, 5 Mins from Norwich University of the Arts and a 25 minute bus ride from UEA or 15mins cycle ride.
The house is located on a quiet street, very close to bus links into the city.
For your rent each month I am able to offer you not one but two rooms (main double room has an adjoining room big enough for a double bed also). The main room is furnished with a large shelving unit, double bed, 2 x wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The adjoining room currently contains the bed but can be used as office or walk in wardrobe.
Shared areas of the house include: a bathroom downstairs with shower over bath.
A kitchen with all white goods (washing machine, fridge & freezer), plates, pans and all the usual kitchen stuff.
A dinning room with a table and chairs, and storage.
And a lounge with TV, corner sofa and units etc.
The price includes all bills (subject to fair usage) but excludes council tax if required to pay (hence students the preferred tenant but workers welcome if they pay the CTax).
No DSS Please.
