Hi,
I have a good size double room for rent within a friendly home. It is located 10mins from Norwich city centre and is 20mins walk to the train station with excellent bus routes to UEA 5-10mins away. The room is fully furnished and includes sky tv and unlimited wifi, a parking space is available should it be required. It would be essential that any lodger like cats as there are two adorable cats who reside in the home with their slave, I mean owner!
I am a friendly and outgoing person who is fairly easy going and has interests in photography and cinema. I graduate with a BA American Studies degree this summer and hope to continue studying an MA in Sept. I would like a lodger who is respectful towards both myself, cats and my home and understanding that I will often be in my study working. I look forward to hearing from you!
