Single room with 3/4 bed for rent

I am a 27yr old female that lives alone in a 2 bedroom house with my dog.

The house is very close to shops, bus stops and only a 10 minute walk from the City center.

The room available is newly decorated.

I am advertising it as a single room
but it has a brand new 3/4 bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet, 3 shelves and a mirror. I am asking £330 pcm all in for this room.

The rest of the house and small garden will be shared with myself. There is also access to my Broadband.

I am a friendly girl who enjoys getting glammed up and socializing but I also very much enjoy putting on my trackies and chilling out at home for some quite time.
I am laid back but I do like to keep a nice home with things around the house tidy and in their place.

I have 2 jobs at the moment and try to go to the gym as much as possible so I am often out.

I am looking for a similar type of person, to live easily alongside.

My dog is a rescue and is nervous of new people to start. Once she gets to know you(a few treats should do it) she is an absolute delight, I love her to bits and would love for someone to also enjoy her company.
But equally the right housemate can have as little or as much to do with her as they would like.
She gets along better with females, So ideally I am looking for another professional female to share with (sorry guys, no offense intended!).
