Room Available In Residential Road

Double room on third floor of big Victorian house available from July. The room is furnished and has a bathroom on its landing, shared with two other people. There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room, and a courtyard garden and decked balcony outside. All bills, including broadband are included in the rent. I require one month's rent as a deposit. This is quiet residential road near the station and the city. I am a teacher, living here with my child, small friendly dog and two other housemates.. I like travel, languages, a cold beer on a hot day, and hate waste! Age, race, sexual orientation not important, but being nice, and having the ability to tidy up after yourself essential!
NB This room currently has a single bed in it, but this could be shaped for a futon bed if required.
