So a bit about the household...

It is a friendly household where everyone is happy with a weekly cleaning rota and we all make sure we wash up after ourselves as we find this helps with how everyone feels in the house. We have a quick catch up after work and we respect each other's space too, alongside enjoying cooking and socialising when time allows.
Currently we have me- a teacher (32), Phoebe 27 (National Trust) and James (32)

The room for rent is a double room, which is fully furnished with a bedside table, bedside lamp, two-door wardrobe shelves, a chair with a lamp. There is plenty of room so if you have lots of stuff this is ideal for you!

The kitchen, living/dining room is shared, as is the family size fridge and a chest freezer. The kitchen has all cutlery, pans, knives etc for cooking and communal use, so no need to bring anything. Communal mugs, tumblers, wine glasses and pint glasses are all provided. There is a small garden with a patio and a shed, so if you have a bike there is plenty of space to store it.

Inclusive in the rent are all bills - water, gas, electricity, council tax, and broadband.
There is on street parking. The city centre is a 15-20min walk away and a taxi from the city costs about £5, we are also seconds away from the nearest bus stop on Dereham Road.
We are looking for someone who wants to make the house their home and is happy to be part of a cleaning rota and do their fair share.
