Large furnished room in an end terrace property. street parking but a permit included in the rent. I have Sky and wifi with a seperate box in the room. The picture of the room shows it with a carpet, however a noew one is being fitted next week. Nice and trouble free neighbours. I am the house owner and I live in, however i am easy going and a relaxed housemate - my last tenant lived here for 2. 5 years and only moved out to be with her sister. I guess that means i am ok to live with. I have a reasonable sized South facing garden and often hang a hammock in Summer. I also have a cat, so best to avoid if you do not a cat person. I am looking for someone who is pleasant, good fun, honest and trust worthy person
