Double room for rent in large 3 bed house

Hi,

We are two girls who are looking for a third housemate. I’m a junior doctor and my housemate is an Occupational Therapy student at UEA. We're looking for another easy going, sociable girl to move in.

THE HOUSE
We live in a 3 bed terrace house by Eaton park and are looking for another girl to move in as our current housemate is moving to London. It's a terrace but large by Norwich standards - huge kitchen and living room downstairs and a shower/bath and toilet upstairs. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer. There is also a lovely big garden which is great for BBQs in summer. It's a 30 second walk away from a bus stop (number 25) and is close to the university, the hospital and not far from town.

THE ROOM
There is a lovely very large furnished double room available for rent. It includes a walk in wardrobe, a large freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and 2 bedside tables. Plenty of space for clothes! The landlord only provides a single bed however the girl who is moving out has bought a double bed and is keen to sell it before moving.

THE PRICE
The room is £230 a month and is the largest in house.

BILLS
Council tax will be split between myself and the new housemate (as the other girl is a student) and is about £50 each a month for 10 months of the year. Gas is on a top up card so we pay as you go – needs topping up quite regularly in the winter but last year we only spent £50 between the 3 of us for gas from May until November! We pay monthly for internet/virgin TV and quarterly for electricity.
