Hi! Three large rooms will become available in my house for the year 2014/2015 (2 doubles and one single with an en suite). The rooms are fully furnished, large and warm; the house is very comfortable, with large fridge, washer-dryer and a safe bike shed. It's in a great location just off the desirable Unthank Road, ridiculously close to a co-op, bakery, butcher, cash machine, hairdresser, a pharmacy and several fish and chips, to name just a few! I will be going into my 3rd year as a bio student. I'm quiet, tidy and easy-going, and I love live music and pubs almost as much as staying in and watching films/playing games. I'm ideally looking for a chilled atmosphere with female housemates, although I'm happy to live with males as well. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries.
