Spacious Double Room available from 10th Feb 2015

A spacious double room available in quiet part of Norwich sharing with one couple (female35&male42;) and one female lodger (26)in a 3 bedroom semi detached house.

All bills included (including unlimited broadband). Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden space.

I am a hostel support worker and my partner has a gardening business. Our other lodger is a quiet mature PHD student at the UEA. All sociable, friendly, tidy, laid back (neither into clubbing or returning drunk at 4am, prefer a good gig etc) and strongly value people's personal space. 

The house backs onto a local park(lovely view from the available room and you're not overlooked). Catton country deer park is a 5 min walk. A very quiet nice area, with easy 30 min walk to city centre, bus stop 1 min walk (on orange line, stops include anglia square, city and UEA/hospital). 1-2 min walking distance to small supermarkets, a post office, cafes and takeaways.

There is parking space on our drive if you have a car and space in garage for a bike. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and draws (can easily change to single or if you'd prefer to use your own bed). The room is available as the lodger who recently left is a friend who stayed for 6 months while their house is renovated. Before that, the previous lodger using the room had lived here for 5 and half years before moving out to buy her own place. We rent out the rooms as we love travelling.

We have an 8 year old Lurcher, who is very friendly and best of friends with our current lodgers. Look forward to hearing from you.

Ps-we originally advertised availability from 10/01/15 but changed it to 10/02/15 because we decided to redecorate/freshen the room while it was empty :-)
