Housemate needed for modern townhouse
We have a modern 3 bedroom townhouse in a nice quiet area of the city and require a new housemate from April 20th (roughly).
The city centre is 10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of shops and amenities within a couple of minutes as well as local parks. The house has all appliances you would expect as well as a dishwasher and room for three cars on the driveway. The bedroom is a double and whilst it comes unfurnished there is a spare wardrobe and other bits of furniture in other rooms that isn't currently used if needed.
As current housemates (1 male, 1 female- not a couple!) we have been here for over a year and are well settled. Both outgoing and sociable and would like someone similar to join us.
