Room to rent in Bowthorpe Road area, handy for UEA

I have a room to rent in a terraced house in the Bowthorpe Road area. It’s in quiet residential street. Bus stop nearby, Tesco and Co-ops within walking distance.
The house has a living room, dining, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. There’s a good cooker, washing machine and fridge. I’m planning to get a freezer too, and a television – unless you object strongly, that is. There’s Virgin Media broadband in the house and a nice garden to sit out in during the summer, plus a shed for storing bicycles and gear.
The room is bright and sunny. It has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Although there’s room for a double bed, I’ve put a single bed to give you extra space. There’s room to add a desk, if you need to study or work, or an armchair.
You’ll be sharing with me. I’m 34 and recently moved back to Norwich to escape London. I’m a translator, a bit of foodie and a big fan of Mad Men. I’m tidy most of the time and generally an easy-going person.
I’m looking for a non-smoker. Student or professional.
