NR3 Room available for friendly female

I have a lovely double room available in my house to let out to a non smoking female.

The house is located in North City, a 15/20 minute walk from the City centre. There are lots of corner shops and takeways nearby and there are buses at the end of the road into the city.

The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lamp and mirror. Use of fully equipped kitchen, lounge with Sky, dining room and bathroom with shower. You will have main use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite. The house also has unlimited broadband and a nice garden. Parking is on street permit so you would need to obtain one or alternatively you can park a few minutes away instead.

You will be sharing with a 29 year old female professional and one very friendly cat. I am respectful of privacy if you would rather spend time in your room but happy to watch to together etc...

Rent is £360pm with a £300 deposit.

I would also offer the room on a Mon-Fri basis (£320) or short term.
