Single room available in a 3 bedroom house

Single room available in a 3 bedroom house very close to UEA, Eaton Park and the bus stop to the city centre.

Sharing with a mature medical student and a PHD student, I'm going into my final year and I believe my current housemate will be moving out over the summer so come that time there will be another room to fill.

The house has a large sitting/dining room with double doors backing on to the garden. This is a decent size and there's plenty of storage for bikes, etc. The kitchen is pretty large and was decorated last year.

The available room is a single, 3. 1m by 2. 3m and furnished with a single bed, desk and wardrobe/shelving unit thing.

Rent is as listed, this doesn't include bills which are around £45-50 each month.

Looking to fill the room any time from the end of June and looking for a housemate until next summer, would prefer to rent to a student as then council tax doesn't become an issue.
