Good size room in fully-furnished, friendly house
Hi I'm Sam. I'm moving out of Norwich in May and want somebody to take my place.
The room is a good-size and fully furnished. There is a single bed in there, but plenty of room for a double.
The household has four others, all in full-time employment. Really sociable, friendly people and on of the nicest places I've ever lived. The house is based in the Golden Triangle, 10 minutes from the city and just off Unthank Road.
The house contract was last renewed on a six monthly basis in January and would end in June. It will continue to run on a monthly basis after that point so you would not need to move out then; we have been living in the house (with the odd change of person) for several years.
I am moving out as will be moving to Thailand to do some teaching!
