We have a double room available for a great price only a 20 minute walk from the city centre! Loads of shops within walking distance, lidyl, spar, dominoes, Chinese and a post office. We have residential parking with one space available directly behind the house!
The room is unfurnished but the previous Tennant has left behind a bed, bedside table and bookshelf if you need them. The room has a large walk in wardrobe and is next to the bathroom which would be mainly yours and share with me for washing purposes (i mainly wash at the gym and have a toilet opposite my room).The kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer. We don't have a garden but there's a small balcony and we are seconds away from wensum park.
