Spare room with single bed (but room for double) available for rent in clean, modern flat close to city centre. Would have use of own bathroom with toilet, shower/bath, and heated towel rail.
To share kitchen/living area with a 28 year old professional female, working as a nurse at NNUH. Female applicants preferred. I am quite new to Norwich so would be nice to live with someone who would like to explore the city and find a good pub sometimes, while respecting each other's need for privacy and alone time!
Rent is £410pcm including water, council tax and internet charges. There would just be a quarterly electricity bill on top.
